All drone operations are conducted in accordance with FAA Part 107 regulations and applicable federal,

state, and local laws. TC Flight Services will not perform operations that violate airspace restrictions or

4. Media Ownership and Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: - TC Flight Services retains ownership of all captured media - Clients are

granted a non-transferable license for agreed-upon usage - TC Flight Services may use media for marketing

and portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Deposits may be required to secure bookings

Cancellations must be made within the agreed timeframe

Weather-related delays will be rescheduled when possible

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TC Flight Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,

special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TC Flight Services from claims, damages, or liabilities arising

from: - Client-provided instructions - Property access permissions - Misuse of delivered media
